What you should do, Raggz, is mention Charity,
MP3, Girls, Porn, Money, Def Leppard, Disney, Hack,
Microsoft, Women, Men, Shemen, Shemale, Arse, Farce,
Class, CBS, MTV, BBC, Fox, Crotch, Cash, Slash,
boom banga boomy boom, in every post, and the
little links which will unwelcomely appear will piss
off so many people that they'll quite eagerly donate,
if only to rock on over to a different website which

So, why this you ask?
Because it's for a good cause.
I've always done things for children's summer events such as face painting, arts n crafts, etc.
Me donating monthly to St. Jude I've always done, and just thought that I'd post the link to make people think.
Look at it this way, everytime I hear of someone pumping themselves of drugs, drug overdoses, or commiting suicide...It ticks me off, cuz here you got a child that is lying in bed at a hospital with no choice...with their parents sitting beside them in hopes of a cure to let them live. These are kids who haven't even turned 5yrs old.
I hate to preach, but being selfish wasting your life pumping yourself on drugs and other crap is just plain pathetic....and before someone says, well it's the persons decission on what they can do with their own body...then so be it...but when one overdoses or does whatever, you won't see me giving sympathy.

I understand the unsympathetic attitude towards
druggies, and it's to your credit that your give
so much time to charity, but not all narcotic-
related deaths are the same and deserving of such
a blanket approach. Two of my three older half-
brothers committed suicide. The first one was
completely off his tits by the time he hung
himself; the second guy was pretty drug-addled by
the time he killed himself too, but it was the
original suicide which drove him to take solace in
drugs, booze etc. in the first place. (Like most
suicides, both went completely under the radar
until it was too late, of course.)

If some smack-head broke into my house, I'd whack
the fucker and think about the consequences later,
but the motivations for drug abuse need addressing
because they affect all of us. Lots of good people
do lots of work for addicts: I just thought that
was lost a little bit in your post. Good luck.

Good point Darren...Those that do help druggies and addicts my hat goes off to them as well.
I shoulda made it more clearer...that the drug users I'm talking about are those that use it as the cool fun thing to do cuz everyone else does it. You know...the people you see post a bulletin on myspace that read..."Oh man...I'm feeling Good I just took a hit of Cocaine." Those that glorify drugs, and then it comes back to bite them in the ass.

Also, sorry to hear of your bros, but as people who used drugs...I never understood why someone would take their own life away.

I guess none of us truly know what it feels like to
feel suicidal until we've been to 'that place', so
we shouldn't feel so judgemental about those poor
souls who've been there and, eh, crossed over, so
to speak.

As for mySpace users glorifying drug abuse...

Domestic Violence/abuse is another good cause.
A man that hits a woman and abuses children should have his penis and balls cut off and shoved down his mouth for him to choke on them....haha..okay that was bad, but that's one thing I don't tolerate and that's a woman or child beater.

Marc and darren both have points.As a parent,I totally sypmathise with marc's stance but also as a human being that has not lived an ivory tower rose colored glasses existence,I sypathise with Darren.There are good people who lose their way..this world can be a cruel place..not everyone has the luxury of having a good support network,which is vital to mental health and over all happiness.Some people just hurt so much they see no other way out than drugs or a suicide and it's easy to pass judgement when you've never had to deal with this on any level.What we need to do is be more open minded and less judgemental so that when an opportunity to help arises,we don't turn a deaf ear in our own self righteousness.if you're willing to help one,be willing to help all,those are the people who TRULY make a difference.
